Shipping Terms

The delivery takes place in Austria with the Post -AT- shipping costs (including VAT). We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €5.90 per order. From an order value of €70.00 we deliver free of charge for online orders.

Deliveries in Germany are made with Deutsche Post - shipping costs (including statutory VAT). We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €5.90 per order. From an order value of €70.00 we deliver free of charge for online orders.

Deliveries to the remaining European countries are made with Deutsche Post - shipping costs (including statutory VAT). We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €8.90 per order. From an order value of €100.00 we deliver free of charge for online orders.

Delivery times - Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the goods are delivered throughout Austria within 3-7 days after the order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).

If the product is no longer in stock, we will notify you of the availability date and give you a delivery date.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. The deadline for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day of receipt of payment. For other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
